Is online care right for you?

Online consultation is not for medical emergencies. Pre-employment medical consultations and examinations are also not appropriate for online consultation.

Need urgent help?

If you have severe difficulty breathing, chest pain, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, or another urgent danger, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department now.

Check your camera and microphone

Before booking, check both devices on the device and browser you plan to use for your consultation. This is a local preview only; nothing is recorded or uploaded. It does not test your internet connection or guarantee a successful video call.

Complete both the camera and microphone checks before proceeding. If a device is unavailable, check browser permissions or use another device. Contact appointment support if you need help.

Refund and rescheduling policy

If the doctor cancels or requests a schedule change, the remaining refundable amount is protected for a full refund. Once the consultation starts or is closed, contact the clinic for assistance.

Refunds are processed through the third-party payment provider against the original payment. QR Ph refunds may require a claim link and a supported receiving bank or wallet. A pending or failed refund is not a failed payment. Do not pay again.

Issued documents and retained doctor files are available until 48 hours after completion. A medical certificate is subject to the doctor’s assessment.
